Yoga and meditation have been my passion for over 10 years. I've always been interested in the studies of energy and energy healing, with particular focus on the Chakras.
I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher by the Yoga Alliance, with over a thousand educational and teaching hours. I'm certified in Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Energy Medicine Yoga.
Besides being a yoga teacher, I'm also a Style Coach, helping women to develop a better relationship with their bodies, a positive self-image and healthy self-confidence.
